Everyone has them. ACE hardware has the one I use, I think it was $10. It does cups, grams, Oz and you can zero out any bowl or plate. What drives me crazy is how easy you make it all look! <BR/><BR/>I have to get another starter from Breadtopia - my first one went bad when I forgot it in my fridge - ooops. (It only sat there 3 weeks or so, I didn't know they could go bad that fast.)
